Dr. D'Hondt is great.
Dr. Bellagratis, Brittany, Cindy, the hygienists, and office staff are fantastic! Dr. Bellagratis and Brittany work together very well, both being quite intelligent, capable, and professional as well as compassionate. Cindy, an excellent hygienist, expertly and meticulously administers preventative care with a most delightful and friendly bedside manner. Greenwood Dental has assisted my family with two dental implants and two wisdom teeth extractions and I would recommend Dr. Bellagratis for those procedures in particular and we are so grateful to everyone there who has assisted us during our numerous visits.
Once again I am able to feel at ease and completely comfortable at the dentist. Dr Belegratis and his team are the best ! Thanks for everything!
They are well managed and efficient.
Efficient, polite, friendly.
Wonderful as always. Hygienist-Bryan, as well as the office staff, were professional and friendly. Thanks Greenwood Dental for a consistently above par dental visit!
Always professional and attentive, regardless of whether you are there for a cleaning or major work. I appreciate that they are very focused on moitoring and preventive dentistry.
I gave this feedback to the receptionist, too, but I think it's worth mentioning again: I have always enjoyed my hygienist, but I think it should be an office-wide policy to NOT place items the dentist/hygienist is using on female patients' chests. I know it is a convenient place to reach for the gauze he needs, but it seems like an odd invasion of a private space. I offered to just hold them for him instead and he agreed, but acted like it was the first time this had ever been an issue, and he commented on it no fewer than 3 times. I will see a different hygienist in the future to avoid any awkwardness. I left a practice where an older dentist did this and I don't recall that it has happened before at Greenwood. Seems like just common courtesy. Thanks for taking my comments into consideration.
Always excellent. On time and efficient.
Always a great experience!
